Immersive method is a highly practical instructional approach that holds significant value for leadership development. It differs from experiential teaching that centers around role-playing and is fundamentally distinct from Cluedo. It does not impose specific behavioral requirements on participants but rather encourages them to fully express their individual characteristics more freely.
